I was referred to Mark by the local bar association. His name was just next on the list for personal injury referrals. I am so glad we connected. He listened, asked the right questions and obtained a satisfactory resolution to my complaint against a local business, without going to court. Reasonable, lower than average fees. Great experience.

Very professional and competent! Can not say enough about David Thomas legal defense. He can work through red tape mess caused by errors of our judicial system in record time. He treats his clients with the utmost respect and is truly amazing. His staff is excellent. If it weren’t for his secretary getting the ball rolling and putting him to work on my case before, I had even met him and while he was out of town then things would not have went as smoothly . He will always be my go to legal advice in the future.
