Nicholas Pike Goetz aka “Yours Truly” has been making up his own alternative facts for so long he can no longer distinguish between his own lies and the truth. Nicholas “yours truly” Goetz violated PPP Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure (CR) Rule 5.02 - CR 5.02 Service when he failed to send the renotice regarding. Even though he had always used email and the USPS, I received no documentation at all. When I emailed him to inquire why I was not informed, he responded “We had that hearing on May 15. I sent the renotice to your residence via US post and my original motion went to your prior counsel.” He was well aware that I had been pro se for months prior and my prior counsel confirmed that he had not received any new documents either. On June 12, 2024, I sent Nicholas Pike Goetz a Request for Documents Under the Discovery Rules, including open questions regarding inconsistencies in Defendant James Ludwiczak’s answers and deposition statement and supplemental requests for documents and records based on my fathers deposition statements on March 6, 2024. Also, the Defense has not completed Discovery Responses to Plaintiff’s First Set of Discovery Interrogatories, has not completed Discovery Responses to Plaintiff’s Request for Production of Documents, has not completed Discovery Responses to Plaintiff’s Request for Production of Documents, and has not completed Discovery Responses to Plaintiff’s Request for Production of Documents Request. he violated (CR) Rule 5.02 - CR 5.02 Service by not sending the documents for the May 15, 2024 hearing for RESPONSE AND MOTION PURSUANT TO KRE 103. Goetz was appointed my mother's gaurdian attorney and couldn't have been more annoyed with this fact, especially after the judge asked him to do it a second time. Her gaurdian wants to file a motion to sell our property and the only attorney with knowledge of her sealed court cases has basically told her too bad, find someone else. Zero compassion and minimal effort.

Absolutely horrible service from lawyer Nick G. I wouldn’t recommend him if he were the last lawyer available. After paying my $2,500 retainer, Nick became unresponsive, missed our scheduled appointment (receptionist didn’t even have it on the calendar) and wouldn’t file motions as requested. Additionally, after asking if he sent items to the opposing counsel, nick lied and stated the other counsel was on vacation. The very next day I receive a motion from her lawyer who was supposedly on vacation. After telling him I would be seeking alternate representation, Nick worked harder on his motion to withdraw, then he did the case. Guess what?? When I asked for the balance remaining from my retainer, guess who didn’t response. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!
