Had him as a lawyer in family court, paid him over 5000$ too help get my child support lowered an get 50/50 custody. Not only did he get my child support raised but also went in court with me not present and signed documents without my consent, he also asked the mother of my kids(in the court room) if i was on drugs because i didnt show up to one court date. Also had to ahow up in court without him present smh. I definitely do not recommend this lawyer

3500 to 5600 is what we were told by David himself to take care of the adoption of my 2 son's he wasn't our 1 choice to begin with but theirs not a lot to choose from in the owensboro area that will tackle adoption cases especially if it involves proving one of the parents unfitbut yewell said he was up to the challenge turned out there wasn't a challenge it was a uncontested adoption so 3500 / 5500 remember those figures at the beginning well hell ended up closer to 10k and still sends an voice for about 7k more ...FOR A UNCONTESTED ADOPTION THERE'S A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL for low life like him!!!!!!

He took advantage of a single mother. Worst lawyer ever. Never even went in front of a judge and was already demanding more money. Didn’t even offer to set up payments even tho I just paid him 2000 up front. He is on his death bed. Don’t waste your money on him.

This amazing man has been in practice for many years but has not lost his spark! He is so dedicated and patient. I am so thankful that he took my very complicated case. Thank you David for your never ending thoughtfulness and dedication to justice <3
