Inconsistent responsiveness and communication
“The problem started with the fact everytime I called to either get updated or find out what we needed to do next, I was always told " I will have him call you back". This goes on for weeks. With no return call.”

Lack of transparency and potential miscommunication
“Why would he wait until after i sought new council to tell me that he withdrew it, let alone lead me to believe that the paperwork was sent and we just have to wait on the process. No matter how you explain it, we were LIED to at some point in this process in an unprofessional manner.”
