Wilkey & Wilson helped me through a very difficult time. What I had considered to be a "scary" process was carefully explained to me and all information was clearly presented. Frank, your betrayal of our mothers trust started when you decided to do what any honest attorney advises against. You disregarded the rules of professional conduct and the conflicts of interest in drafting a will, knowing that your actions and omissions would have you, as executor, deprive her intended beneficiary of her intended bequest. Your threats to further damage me for telling the truth, your shameless failure in your duty of impartiality that has enabled my father to make my life a living hell for over a year, a slap in the face to my mother. The arrogance you have displayed only further reminds me why I will continue to fight for justice in the name of the home that only my mother and I invested in all the years. Frank, you and my father's inability to feel guilt, empathy, or remorse does not change the facts of what you both have done. From the first time I tried to contact you to inquire about the probate process, you never once offered condolences. You didn't even have the common courtesy to return calls until weeks later and a certified letter was sent to you. From day 1, you decided to take an adversarial and hostile position towards me. You have failed in all aspects of what my mother wanted for her family. You never once tried to stop the mess you've let this turn into. In fact, you encouraged even more hostility among our family by acting in my father's interest ONLY.
