They said they couldn't help me very disappointed

I talked to someone that wasn't a lawyer, and she told me in mid conversation that they couldn't take my case. They gave me no reason why or anything. My case is a clear case of medical negligence. I have all the documents, and pictures to go with it. I feel they turned my case down because they weren't going to get enough money.They didn't even give me the chance to present my case before telling me NO. The reason these doctors get away with the things they do is because of firms like this that only want the big cases. I don't believe they are for the people...it's just certain people. They couldn't even recommend me a lawyer. What kind of firm fixes their review section so that you can't tell why you don't like them. Where it says critical you have options to pick from, I picked not professional, and it shows professionalism. I also hit poor value, and it shows value. If you look at the reviews showing nobody talks bad, or they just don't show them. I think anyone that fixes their review section is hiding something.......... Really??? First off you didn't hear enough of my case to make a professional decision. You cut me off in mid conversation telling me y'all wouldn't take it. I know I have a winning case, and if you would have taken the time to listen to all of what I was saying you might have as well. Why would I want to contact y'all in the future for anything, so you can tell me NO AGAIN? Like I said before not a big enough case for y'all...just plain ole misleading commercials, and ads.

Had an incident and work where I was assaulted. All I asked is they help me enforce the law for the ADA & EEOC Guidelines and they could have the money. And they denied my claim. They are false advertisers. Their commercial is a lie!

The injury from my wreck left me with problems that couldn't be explained by the initial tests and doctors, and I was starting to feel like it was hopeless. But Daryl recognized what I was going through and had me undergo additional testing which resulted in explaining why I had been having so many problems. I can't explain the relief I felt when they called and told me they had found the source of my symptoms. That would have never happened if it hadn't been for Daryl. His assistance, knowledge, and perseverance were invaluable and I will never be able to thank him enough! The settlement process was relatively smooth and he and his assistants were patient and attentive every time I had a question. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

They are a Kentucky based Law Firm with satellite firms across the country that they work through. They are straight forward and will be upfront regarding their services. This is my 1st time utilizing them and they are very respectful and on point regarding how they are handling your case. The Attorney's are very professional and do their homework. I am appreciative of the good job they are doing especially in keeping me informed about my case.
