I highly recommend Mr. Bailey and his staff as a great social security disability firm. His office ensured that the judge had all relevant medical records and forms completed and fought for me during our hearing.

He helped me in a very short time that a different (big name) lawyer couldn't help me with within almost a year. Highly recommend.

i paid you back in march or april of this year to just file a paper in court to get me a new hearing over the custody of my children you literally took my money and still havent fullfilled your obliagations as a lawyer and havent done one thing that you told me you would do so ill be stopping by your office to get paid my money back that you took from me paid in full...

If you don’t take honesty well, then Webb Law Office may not be for you. I have a very complicated, contested and messy custody case that no one would take. I called all in Johnson County, Floyd County and Pike County. Mr. Webb was the only one who would take my case and put in the work. He would be honest with me on things I was doing or saying or what I was reaching for and let me understand if it was within reason or not. Custody cases things can get petty and he would let me know that. He’s putting up a hell of a fight for me. First court appearance I was nervous how it would turn out. My ex has a great attorney by word of mouth and how expensive she is. I was told his attorney would chew mine up. That first day he stood by me in court he turned into a viper. He put his foot down and meant business. He did his job and held firm on valid points and the law. To have a good attorney means to listen to them. Respect what they are saying and use your voice. Trust them in getting the job done. Be upfront about what your expectations are and see if it’s within reason. Communication is key as well. Our fight isn’t over yet. I may have an update for how it all turns out. My worries of loosing my child and not being heard in the court room has been eased so much by going with Mr. Webb. I’ve had a revolving door of attorneys for the last four years of my custody dispute. Mr. Webb was/is a great choice.

Absolutely the rudest guy i have ever met. Know it all, thinks his sh*t doesn’t stink. i went in for a consultation to see how much he charged & he got mad at me because I couldn’t give him $1500 up front because i’m a single mother & asked him to do payments. He said no & I just let it go. He called me a month later & went off on me because I didn’t hire him. He received a witness list from the other side & was mad at me over it & I said “you aren’t my lawyer why did they send it to you, you need to tell them you aren’t my lawyer. i cant afford it” & he got even more upset. He messed up a lot of things because he didn’t step up & say he wasn’t my lawyer. The other side wasn’t sending me anything in the mail or contacting me because they were contacting Jimmy & he never told me until last minute. I have heard nothing but bad things about him from everyone also. He absolutely does not care about his clients.

This review is long overdue. In 2008 I hired Webb for my divorce case. I paid $750 retainer fee. The ONLY thing he did for the money I paid was file my petition for divorce. He never showed up or notified me that he would not be at my divorce hearings. HE LEFT ME ALONE TWICE, NO ATTORNEY, IN COURT. He would not be in office for scheduled appointments or return my calls. I requested a partial refund which he refused. STEER CLEAR OF HIM! If I could give him no stars I would. I wish he had a website so I could put this review on it. It’s obvious why he does not have a website...his lousy service!

This review is long over due. In 2008 I hired Webb to represent me in my divorce. I paid a $750 retainer fee. The only thing he done was file my petition for divorce. He would not return my calls or be in the office for scheduled appointments. And HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR TWO OF MY HEARINGS! He left me hanging, not even a phone call! I requested a partial refund which he refused. I had to retain another attorney and pay additional money for the divorce. I made a complaint to the KY Bar Association and never even received a response from them.
