I wrote this "attorney" a text message from the number provided on his website. He wrote back with violent threats, profanity, and dehumanizing language while trying to meet up to "fight". How could you seek advice from someone with such little control of their emotions, maturity, and such disregard for the law? Stay away!

I would highly recommend Mr.Banister. I had no knowledge of process when it came to anything legal. He walked us through the best way to approach the custody case we had ahead of us. He was always respectfully responsive to any questions I had, and helped me to see where I needed to focus and what things weren’t as pertinent as I thought. I was facing a felony and Barclay got it down to a misdemeanor. Very pleased with him. He communicated throughout the whole process, gave me updates on everything was just all and all the best lawyer! Hope I don’t have to ever have a lawyer again but if I do Barclay would be the one I would call.
