Pros
1
Knowledgeable, hardworking, and excellent communicators
“Kelli Brown, was the best, she works really hard for her clients, is very good at communicating, and is extremely knowledgeable about her work.”
2
Guided clients through complex legal matters with care and professionalism
“Caitlin was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped guide me through a pretty complex adult disability/guardianship case.”
3
Provided responsive and thorough communication
“Communication was frequent and thorough. If I had questions, she was there with an answer and direction.”
4
Achieved favorable outcomes for clients
“I couldn't be more appreciative of the support I've gotten throughout this ordeal. They had done all their research, had facts, arguments, and evidence to back up all the lies my ex told to the judge.”
5
Went above and beyond to support clients
“Wow is all I can say. From the hand holding, the "therapy" sessions, listening to what I wanted, going back and forth, and fighting for me when I didn't even want to fight for myself, Caitlin and Hailie are outstanding.”
Cons
1
Billing practices were unclear and potentially excessive
“The only reason I am giving Goldberg Simpson a one star is because Megan Cleveland, the Junior attorney that was working on my case, actually seemed to care about my case.”
2
Lack of responsiveness and case management issues
“Reconsider. I worked a custody case with a young lawyer here and im confident that he would not have been able to tell you the names of my children or even how many I have. He drops the ball often, you essentially have to walk him through the process yourself and listen to excuses the entire time.”
3
Unprofessional and dismissive behavior towards clients
“If you question their ethics they will vilify you. Do not agree to use them for parenting coordination; there is no way out.”
