3 weeks waiting now and still waiting on probate. I was just updated because I called up there that my will needs to be re sent because of information they already had. I lost both my parents, I have a living will that is notarized. I'm behind on bills and mortgage. I'm only child, I don't understand how its my fault, why do I have to struggle even longer because they messed up.

I am still waiting on a call Carol! Found a paper in this estate packet I'm not sure of. The top says in the estate of my dad's name. Then upon motion there is another lady who passed away..HER name..it was filed novv 3 2017. No clerk signature no judge signature but ur signature...don't y'all sign these together? Please return my call...thank you...I just want to understand what's been done... LOL
