Initially very pleased. Seven months later sadness, confusion, and loss at the outcome. Winning never felt so frustrating or unsatisfying. After re-discussing my frustrations with Mr. Morrin; I can say he has a better understanding from my perspective of the confusion, loss, and unsatisfying results. Although I won my case, I still took a sizable financial loss. Mr. Morrin receive well over 5 thousand dollars on my case. Later, he express his concern over what took place and even refunded a small portion of the loss. After my inital case with Mr. Morrin; in a landlord tenant legal issue, he sent online pamphlets to attempt to help guide the issue .

I have admit I wasn't sure what to expect from a lawyer after my accident. This was the first time I had ever been in a accident and really had no idea of what the process involved. I searched through google looking for attorneys in Richmond and found Mr. Morrin. I noted he had high remarks from a few other people on google, so I decided to discuss with him my case. I was not dissapointed...not even in the slightest. Robert has taken me through my case not only making me feel respected , but also honestly seeking my best interest. He updated me throughout the process regularly and explained to me everything possible that could happen, often before I asked! I have always found him available, and when I did call or email, he remembered my case without me having to remind him. I honestly could not have asked or had a better attorney and person to work with me though out my case. Well, I wrote a review of my opinion and how felt that Mr. Morrin handled my sons case. But I was threatened legal action against me if I did not remove MY review. So, people make your own choice of who you want to handle your case for you. But, here is the letter I received to have me remove my prior review. Ms. Hilderbrandt, I was disappointed to see your negative review containing defamatory language on Google plus business. I believe some of the statements you made were so patently false that it is immoral for you to leave those comments published. This is the only request you will received directly from me to remove those false comments. If you will not remove the false comments then it will be my unfortunate responsibility to seek a legal remedy. If the false comments are still published this Monday I will take legal action. In 2013, Mr. Morrin settled our church's case with the KY Labor Cabinet in a timely, professional manner, the results were excellent, with a very minimum penalty.

In early spring of 2013, Journey Community Church was contacted by the Kentucky Labor Cabinet stating that we were not in compliance with state laws for Workers' Compensation insurance. We contacted Mr. Morrin for assistance in this matter. He worked quickly to find out if we were indeed out of compliance and if were were able to be exempted from it. When it became apparent that we were truly out of compliance with state law, he worked to get us a fair penalty rate that could be paid without greater fines being accrued against us. We are grateful for Mr. Morrin's hard work and determination to see that our case had the best possible outcome.
