“I called to just get a consultation on a property issue we're dealing with and the lady on the phone said he does not or anyone there deal with property issues? Is this true? Or just the woman on the phone?”

Unhelpful or unprofessional staff
“I called to inquire if they could provide services around the estate process and the person answering the phone told me, 'We don't give out free advice'. I'm not sure why she though I didn't understand that legal services cost money but the whole thing was incredibly insulting.”
