Mark Dean is Excellent in both professionalism and experience. My experience was exceptionally great. A very well organized firm, experienced and professional. Customer service was excellent and Mark was the best. He was very thorough and very experienced. He knows what he’s talking about. He's the best at what he does

Unprofessionalism and a lack of common human courtesy at it's finest. The communication was beyond deplorable. When , obviously only at his convenience, we did receive a response, there was never a straight forward answer about any concerns. For $4000 I would have expected to have felt like the lawyer that I hired would be willing to answer concerns of his client. And I definitely was not overbearing with contact efforts. I have all text and call records between us. Lots of times I would get zero response whether I called or text his cell, and no call back if I left a message at his office. On a number of occasions I text Mr Dean and to inform him of something or inquire an answer of something and I received a return text saying "Who's this?" Again, I would think when someone pays you $4000 you could at the very least store their contact info in your phone. Every step of the process that took place was very obviously not attended to in a timely fashion and was rushed together at the last possible minute. He didn't even bother to show up to the last court hearing and according to the judge, he had filed the wrong paperwork that was needed anyway. They were going to lay the court date over but another lawyer that was in the courtroom already was kind enough to stand in for Mr Dean. I was raised to treat all people with respect and kindness in general whether or not I was hired by then to perform a job. But especially if someone is paying you lots of their hard earned money then you should go above and beyond general human decency but even that was not received. I was made to feel like a burden and something that he did not want to be bothered with.
