Lack of communication and responsiveness
“She agreed to take on his case. He paid the retainer fee and then never heard from her again and still has not heard from after multiple phone calls to the office and emails.”

Unprofessional and poor representation
“Very unprofessional charged an extremely high retainer 2000 dollars for minimal at best representation. At the only court appearance I used her for she may have said 2 sentences, said she would call me after court to go over the details, was called back couple days later was like pulling teeth to have anything explained.”

Only interested in high-value cases
“Terrible, if you don't have a major case they can make a large sum of money on, they're not interested in dealing with you.”
