“They only do civil litigation your intake system is very challenging it's Hit or Miss sometimes they will take a case sometimes they will not.”

Refusal to represent certain types of cases
“They typically only help tenants were being evicted. Because they refuse to pay their landlords. I do believe they also help people with criminal expungement but unfortunately they don't represent people charged with criminal cases such as misdemeanors or major felony charges.”

Unprofessional and unethical behavior by some attorneys
“Childish unprofessional and rude period. The office is comprised of gen Z social justice Warriors in their 20s with chips on their shoulders and axes to grind. These people are unethical including denying services to individuals they don't want to represent.”
