You can NEVER get ahold of any of the lawyers! I have been trying for several months calling leaving messages and still NOT getting a call back. It is ridiculous!

It's hard to get hold of anyone. I you have an important date coming up then you better get started calling about 3 months in advance if you want to talk to anyone besides the receptionist
