This office is very Professional and have helped me on several occasions with questions I have when I could not get answers at The office I actually have a case at in Franklin County, Thanks so much!!!

Erica Nichols- child support case worker; answered my call about traffic fines and was very rude about me trying to be proactive and reschedule my court for an earlier date, or to fax information in, she disconnected the call on me without giving me correct information after raising her voice at me multiple times. You can tell by her tone, she hates her job. Update: appeared back in court where the woodford county attorney began my case with regards to my review left and the phone call with Erica Nicolas. He has also referred to my case as “the strange boyfriend case” in previous appearances . Highly unprofessional, especially considering there are PLENTY other previous reviews dated back to at least a few years back, mentioning the receptionist staff being rude, or not helpful…. This office wants you to take care of things rather quickly- but when you are being proactive about it, it seems to be an issue. So sad.

Very rude when asking about information

Hard to get ahold of but nice people

After getting a DVO, had the utilites turned off and then had my life threatened by my then husband, I was told I asked for it in regards to domestic abuse. This county, their police and their county attorney condone the abuse of women.
