I would first like to Thank Mr. Ward and staff for their kindness and help with a legal issue this is a difficult in my family’s life. Their time kindness was first of all helpful in this heartbreaking time. His return time in helping with this matter was less than 2 hours. And helped relieve lots of stress. Some may read this and see my name no we aren’t kin to each other I didn’t even know of him to we needed attorney . He truly done a great public service helping my family and I. I hope I would never have any issues that would need attorney. But he would be the first I would call. Thanks for all you done Mr. Ward and Mrs. Berry his Secretary. You kindness will never be forgotten.

I hired Nanci House during a dangerous domestic violence situation which also comprised of a custody battle. Nanci always listened, offered honest counsel and had a plan to execute. She was always prepared, knowledgeable and relentless in the courtroom. Although my case was unbelievably challenging and full of obstacles, she was always present and ready to fight, leaving nothing on the table. If you need a family law attorney, Nanci House with White, McCann & Stewart is the absolute best around. I cannot recommend her enough. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Here is the long and short of my experience with her: I hired Nanci after the untimely demise of previous counsel to assist me with a child custody case of my child that had been removed from my life at a young age. I was very satisfied with my previous attorney and was nervous, to say the least, of changing horses in the middle of battle. But immediately she proved to me that she was top notch, far surpassing what I thought was top notch legal counsel. Qualities that I have recognized in Nanci include honesty, sound legal advice, dedication to her clients, dedication to the best interest of the child/ren involved in the case, timely responsiveness, vast knowledge of the law, and extensive experience just to name a few. I was fighting an uphill battle to gain substantial timesharing with my child. My child’s mother and I were never married, limiting my legal rights, and I have a criminal history from prior to my child’s conception that most would immediately judge me for and deem me unfit. Nanci was not judgmental and recognized that my past was just that, my past, not who I am. She recognized that I had so much to offer my child and that not only did I deserve to have a relationship with my child, but that my child deserved a better relationship with me that had been thwarted. After an extensive legal battle, she has been instrumental in helping me gain sole custody of my child. After my child’s mother filed for an appeal against the ruling in which I was awarded sole custody, Nanci was successful in proving that the trial court decision was appropriate, and I continue to have custody of my child. She is now continuing to assist me through an appeal through the KY Supreme Court. I have no doubt that she will present my case successfully. Though the relationship between me and my child’s mother continues to be what is called “high conflict”, Nanci continues to be there every step of the way (even routinely after hours when time sensitive material is at stake) to make sure that my rights are preserved, but more importantly that my child’s best interests are preserved. Nanci is a phenomenal attorney. If you are in need of legal help in family court, I would look no where else.

David Ward represented my family in two different very difficult and challenging cases. The first being in 2013 and then again in 2019. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome both times. He provided us with personal communication anytime we asked and was always available to help answer any and all questions that would come up throughout the trial. I highly recommend Mr. Ward.

I had an awesome experience with White, McCann & Stewart, PLLC. I called their office not knowing what I needed or what to expect. I was transferred to David Ward who talked to me for about an hour. He gave me several options, then we decided on a game plan. I could not have asked for better results! Would definitely refer to anyone.

David Ward was recommend to me by a family friend. He proved to be very knowledgeable and was patient when answering all of my questions and concerns. If I should ever need legal help/advice again, I will definitely be giving him a call.
