Courtney Jackson is so sweet and helpful. She’s an angel on earth and I recommend her to any and all. ~ Cindy Owens ~ When you make a mistake you have to right your wrongs! Courtney was great at first then she started ignoring phone calls and texts. She did absolutely nothing for my husband but collected money from the insurance company. I feel the law firm could have did more for my husband but they chose to only go after the insurance company instead of the guy that caused the accident. If you’re looking for real help I don’t recommend Downs Law Firm. Find someone that work for you not the accused. Have a blessed day.
