They answered the phone once, and I haven't been able to get anyone back on the line since. I have been trying to reach Lori Olinde for about a week now about questions and concerns that I have that she is over. My calls are going straight to voicemail. These people need to be removed from these positions. I will be filing a complaint the with attorney general as well. Something needs to be done about the unwillingness to help us help our loved ones.

The lady who addressed the phone has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE for no reason , I was very polite & she hung up in my face
