Lack of responsiveness and communication with clients
“When one calls to ask questions about a case with a professional demeanor, the receptionist and the legal clerks are rude. Kelly Balfour does not return phone calls! Customer service is desperately needed!”

Unprofessional conduct in certain cases
“I sincerely believe that I was abandoned by Mr. Balfour. His excuse was that his son was "sick". I'm not a heartless person but my life was at stake as well. A call or even passing the case to another attorney in the practice would have been the right thing to do. But when I called him on it he became angry and yelled. He's unprofessional {at least in my case}”
