Cons
1
Inconsistent and unprofessional customer service
“The lady at desk explained the situation and finally looked me up a different way in the system, she found out that I came there for help in August. After that lady who came from the back stated that there was a conflict of interest and couldn't service me. I just wanted an explanation, but the lady was full of attitude, plain rude.”
2
Difficulty in reaching and communicating with the organization
“They never answer the phone ever, if you leave a message, you will not get a call back”
3
Unclear about the scope and limitations of their services
“Good luck getting past the paid employees that answer the phone and think they are lawyers. I called on the advice of Congressman Garrett Graves' office and was told there was nothing they could do. I had a civil rights violation, crisis family matter, and was told they only handle family matters, divorces, and things like that.”
4
Potential conflicts of interest that prevent them from assisting clients
“After that lady who came from the back stated that there was a conflict of interest and couldn't service me.”
5
Lack of empathy and understanding for clients' situations
“The young lady that was appointed to help me over the phone was very rude to me everytime I asked her a question she would ask me do I not know what a certain word meant.”
