The reception staff were disrespectful and did not understand the concept of selling the service
“The ladies at reception don't seem to understand that concept at all, and if I was one of the attorneys who had those ladies as my assistants I would do some serious reevaluation. I've never been spoken to or disrespected the way I was by these women.”
