WON FINAL COURT IN DETENTION CENTER FROM BELIZE I want to thank attorney Joseph Giardina, He' Absolutely the best immigration attorney there is in America he help me won my final court which took place in La Salle detention center, Jena LA.. My case was very complicated and Difficult but he makeit work and keep motivating and convinced the Judge and the Prosecutor why i should remain in the united States for several of reasons he Defended me well and my court only last for 2½ hours and Finish........He's very smart and he's the best at his job so he's highly recommend by me you'll wanna win your asylum case.... Horrible experience, talks to you until he gets the money, after you pay the money, you will only talk to the secretary. Joseph will not talk to you anymore because says "too busy". If you are too busy, then DO NOT TAKE MY CASE. Never showed up to court. Did NOT prepared my case either. Una experiencia muy horrible, este hombre no debería jugar con las vidas de las personas por dinero. Si no puedes ir a la corte o si no tienes tiempo... No aceptes el trabajo ni el dinero y todavia tiene el descaro de decir "te vamos a demandar si nos sigues llamando a la oficina" Es un abusador de la situación de estado de una persona en necesidad.

How amazing to have an attorney who doesn't just relates you as attorney and client do but one who go heaven and earth to see to it that injustices and crude systems are corrected. Had a terrible immigration problem when I was going to do my citizenship in 2017. It got worse to the point I was detained and going through the process for my green card be taken from and deported. When I met Joseph after an attorney from my home country had made my issue worse. He took the challenge which was almost impossible to overturn. I should think this case might be one big immigration project in his career. The way he took me beyond what attorneys will usually do to their clients. Through all these though battles WE WON. I'M NOW A NATURALIZED CITIZEN.

I would like to thank Joseph for his meticulous attention to his work in helping me win my case at the detention facility in La Salle when my previous attorney advised me to sign a document and be deported because my case was worthless, but fortunately I met Joseph who changed my destiny. I want to thank attorney Joseph Giardina, he was brilliant on my father's (from Armenia) final court which took place in La Salle detention center, Jena LA. During court’s five hours he took control of the court and could convince the immigration judge and the government attorney that they were mistaken about certain points, he was brave and strategic and eventually we won the asylum for which I'm entirely grateful to him.

Joseph is one of the best lawyers in Louisiana & mississippi , he and his team are very compassionate and kind to their clients, and they are completely professional in their work, and follow all the work of their clients with integrity and do not spare any effort, and feel responsible and do not spare any effort. I had an immigration case in which they were our lawyers and they were able to appear well in court and defend me and win my favor in court. The best attorney I've talked to he will be honest and wont take your money if he feels like its not a win not like other attorney's that lie to people and their family just to make money. My respect for this attorney and john I recommend them to anybody who needs and immigration attorney he will be 100% honest.
