More than a year ago, my son and I were in an accident with an 18 wheeler. After 4 hours at the scene, my phone rang. Virgie Riley, an associate of Gordon McKernan, called to check on our situation, at the request of her secretary, a friend of the family. That was the first of many calls she made to help us through this horrible accident. The next day, Vergie drove 100 miles to visit us at home. WOW! My son's injuries required doctors and services that he could not afford, nor could I. The McKernan staff made those things happen. We felt blessed to have worked with such caring professionals who made us feel safe and represented through very difficult times.
