More than a year ago, my son and I were in an accident with an 18 wheeler. After 4 hours at the scene, my phone rang. Virgie Riley, an associate of Gordon McKernan, called to check on our situation, at the request of her secretary, a friend of the family. That was the first of many calls she made to help us through this horrible accident. The next day, Vergie drove 100 miles to visit us at home. WOW! My son's injuries required doctors and services that he could not afford, nor could I. The McKernan staff made those things happen. We felt blessed to have worked with such caring professionals who made us feel safe and represented through very difficult times.

Following an accident with two members of my family, I recommended the Gordon McKernan team due to the lack of personal injury attorneys in the Morgan City area. I was told by a personal friend who also works for the firm to have my family members contact the office for legal advice in the condition that further steps were necessary. Kayla Mulford, a paralegal for the firm, punctually scheduled paperwork and meetings for my family to meet with an attorney within the comfort of their own home for convenience and minimizing travels due to injury. The firm handled the case in the most professional manner possible and my family was compensated fairly for all unwelcoming circumstances.
