I worked with Mr. F. Dugas from this law firm, and I honestly don't have a negative thing to say about him. He was always available, extremely thorough, and I never felt that my case was put on a "back burner". He always returned my emails and calls promptly, and basically held my hand through he entire custody situation I was facing. For someone who hasn't spent much time in the legal system, it was a great relief for him to be in my corner. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends.

Law firm took my wife’s money, never processed her divorce, so she had to wind up filing herself with no help from them, and then they bill her. She called them to ask about it, and they said they’d look into it and call her back, and instead they went to court over it, without informing her, and got a judgement against her with no notice or chance to represent herself.

Where do we begin here on properly describing how bad this law firm is? Filed for divorce feb 2018 and was finally granted one in may 2019. Why you might ask? Well, the lawyer that was assigned to me quit sometimes in october of 2018. The law office CLOSED MY CASE and didn't tell me! I was totally in the dark and couldn't get an update as to what was happening with my case. I asked how much it would cost to get divorced. I was told $1200. Then every so often i'd get a bill for $50 or $80 or some random amount. Remember, my lawyer left the firm so now i'm stuck with someone who was not there from the beginning. So after finally getting in touch with someone in the fall and being told my case was closed they charged me more money to reopen it and refile some more paperwork. In that paperwork that was filed, they put the wrong month on it so they had to redo it with a judge (and I was again charged for that). It's been an absolute comedy of errors using this firm. I never got a phone call or email when my original lawyer left. nope! they just closed the file and forgot about me. but they didn't forget about my money, that's for sure. If I could give any advice on using a law office in the BR area I would tell anyone to stay clear from this place. They are rude, forgetful, unprofessional and comically disorganized with laughable communication between attorney and client. I never got a email or phone call in may telling me that my divorce was finalized by a judge. I called and emailed and finally got a response back telling me it was finalized. They simply don't care about clients and you're better off finding literally any other law office to handle your legal matters. The cherry on top is they mailed my ex wifes certified copy to the house that was sold in may of 2018. Wouldn't you verify addresses before sending a finalized certified divorce decree through mail? nope! not rowe law firm where it's amateur hour all day every day. Every month it was always something with this place. Some error they made or form they have to resubmit because of a mistake which delayed matters. even the certified final divorce decree has my ex wifes name spelled wrong on it. They don't care about details or their customers and I hope people take this review seriously and to heart. Through a very sensitive situation they never once acted like they cared or even made an effort to. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

So grateful to have found this law firm! Every person I've worked with was extremely professional and competent. Exceptional experience and will use this firm for all of my future legal needs.

This law firm is a complete JOKE!!!! I was represented by two different attorneys in a 2 year span. This law firm is MONEY HUNGRY! The second first layer quit by of the firm. Second lawyer got the job done barely. But her mistakes I’m getting charged for. They do not work with you at all. I spent over 10k with this firm and it was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. Btw the second lawyer quit after my case was settled because of the firm. Now you tell me why is all these professional people quitting this firm its not the lawyers its the damn firm!!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS FIRM IT WILL BE A HUGE MISTAKE!!!

Very dissatisfied. They promise but string you along with huge bills. Untrustworthy. Rip off.
