Mr. Jim Knipe and his team were compassionate and understanding and always put me first.

Mr. Jim went above and behind to handle my case. I have complete trust in him and was happy to have him on my side. I hope I never need attorney again but if I ever do I wouldn't go any other route.

After consulting with several attorneys; I chose to hire Mr. Knipe to defend me in my DWI case. He was very knowledgeable on all parts of the process. The time spand from my first consultation to the next meeting at my court date; was several months apart. After just one meeting he retained all the information necessary to defend me the best way possible. He kept me updated throughout the wait leading up to the court date. He came completely prepared on the day of court; he was ready for every angle of defense. The prosecutor added some last minute evidence into the case the morning of the court. He was able to analyze the new evidence quickly, and add it into our defense case. He was confident, and so went to trial in hopes to have all charges dropped. His questioning of the arresting officer, and ability to highlight important evidence was exceptional. He left no angle of defense untouched. He was able to win the case, and get the DWI dismissed. He also went above and beyond and was able to keep a speeding ticket off my driving record as well. His effort showed alot of passion for his work. Mr. Knipe was always prepared throughout the process. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and made the whole process easy on me. I'd absolutely recommend his services.

Mr. Knipe represented me in one small misdemeanor case, and then later in two personal injury cases (auto accidents). Two out of the three actually went to trial. Our side prevailed in all three cases. I found Mr. Knipe to be easy to deal with, experienced, very competent, thoroughly organized and prepared, in all cases. Mr. Knipe was an awesome attorney. He was able to get my DUI reduced to a reckless. He was prepared for trial, but do to circumstances he was very happy to, with my ok, not prolong the case and get a reduced aggreement. He was always very informative and confident. His whole team was helpful and reassuring. I would recommend his services as an excellent trial attorney to anyone.

Jim helped us out with an car accident issue. Even though it took several months for the other insurance company to admit fault, Jim was there with us every step of the way, keeping us informed. Hopefully I won't ever need an attorney again, but if I do I'm contacting Jim.

Jim and his team are not only great lawyers, but they are caring, understanding individuals that are so willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Jim helped my brother-in-law, a retired veteran from the Iraq War. Life back as a civilian has been hard on him and he found himself in a bad situation. Jim and the team didn't just look at my brother-in-law as a client, but as a person. A person that has gone through things that only some can even imagine...a person who needs the love, understanding and acceptance of people. Mr. Knipe is the best thing that could have happened to me in my less than desirable legal situations. At the time of my DUI arrest I was a senior at LSU on my way to bigger and better things, and Mr. Knipe worked hard to not let my immature mistakes stand in the way of my future. Admittedly, I was young, clueless and extremely scared about my case when he and I became acquainted, but by the end of our first meeting I had already felt that I was in good hands. He always explained everything clearly and more importantly honestly, and I never once felt judged (which I cannot say the same about encounters I've had with other lawyers). I moved out of Louisiana not long after my arrest in pursuit of my career, and with the exception of returning to appear in court he worked extensively with me over the phone and through email, he even got the judge to approve allowing me to complete some of my court requirements out of state. By the end of the case, he had worked out a plea deal to have some of my charges dropped and my DUI filed as not guilty. My home state of Texas had some legal repercussions for me as well, and he has acted on my behalf to the extent of his abilities for another state to mitigate those issues. Throughout the course of our relationship, he has been more helpful, respectful, and friendly than I could have hoped for.

Mr. Knipe is an amazing lawyer. I was issued a MIP for being in a vehicle where others had alcohol, but I was not drinking myself. On top of that, the police report was not the most accurate representation of the situation. It seemed as if the police simply made up information in their favor, regardless though, Mr. Knipe devoted his time and effort in helping me out. I am a premed major, so any blemish on my record could prevent me from getting into Medical School. Mr. Knipe truly cared about the situation and wanted to help. He was able to get my case dismissed, not only possibly saving my future but also relieved a lot of stress. He's a great lawyer, and I 100% recommend him.
