Inaccurate assessment of legal documents and needs
“They tried to convince us to come out of pocket almost $3,000 for retainer cost and also for filing fees to file for curatorship. I was given a call today Thursday, a week later, law firm saying that as long as the power of attorney does not have a certain wording in it it actually is a durable power of attorney and that we could have fixed our issues a week ago.”
