I called the office after hours and left a message. The next morning, around 9 a.m. I received a call back from Mitchell Locke. He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour, and directed me on how to proceed. He wasn't sure that my case was one that his firm could handle but still he was patient and talked to me with compassion. I really appreciate the advice and him making me feel like I mattered.
