I wish I could give 0 stars. Never answer the phone. Never answer questions. Give zero effort to anything. I fired them and had a consultation with a new lawyer, in that first consultation the new lawyer gave 3 options for my case that I had never even heard of from this law firm. Please go anywhere else.

I hired Melanie the second to last week of October 2021, paid 2500 for an emergency custody hearing. No services have been rendered as of July 2022, they will not return my calls, or my money. I have started proceedings to report this firm to the bar.
