Occasional lack of responsiveness or follow-up
“Where do I start, I recently have a had a need for an estate attorney based on family situations and Louisiana is a succession state. I started my "Google " search and came across Scott Vicknair attorney that handles these matters. Not having any experience at all with attorneys I was hesitant to reach out to them, this is where the real story begins. So I emailed and received a reply from Jenny, an intake specialist at the Law firm and we started a dialogue about our needs. We spoke on the phone and she gave me some homework so to speak. I followed her instructions and provided her with the documents requested. Once she had those we were then able to advance to next steps.”

Potential for hidden fees or costs
“I also feel like there are hidden fee which still scare me. Honestly, I am filled with nothing but worries. Did I hire the wrong people for the job? All I want is for me and my brother to be 50% of the estate each with no unknown variables.”
