John Toerner is honest, knowledgeable and particularly competent in his fields of expertise, estate planning and tax specialist. Although I live in Baton Rouge, I travel to John's office in Covington for guidance and he has helped me in various matters of law. I have informed by sons to contact John anytime they need legal assistance or guidance. Where many attorneys charge outrageous hourly rates, John's hourly rates are quite reasonable and his services are worth much more than the cost. If you need an honest and reasonable attorney, John Toerner is the attorney to contact. I make this statement is total honesty.

John assisted us with a family business involving inheritances. John went back to documentation from 30 years ago and I think even further than that. He dealt with parishes outside of Jefferson and Orleans and was very thorough and detail oriented. He even looked into some items in Mississippi for us. He systematically worked through all the contracts/documentation and pin-pointed missing items and then developed a strategic plan to obtain the missing items. We were extremely pleased with John's services and would use him again for any legal matter.
