Unfortunately I have had to hire Tammy multiple times over the years in Family Court. I started with a different attorney and had no results. After hiring Tammy I started seeing results and ultimately winning. And winning all the times after that over the years. My son now lives with me full time, and we couldn't be happier.

Very professional, responsive and helpful!Felt bad that we needed a document from a case that was closed a couple of years ago, and Tammy took care of us after hours and by first thing in the morning the document was prepared and waiting. Not only that, but everyone was pleasant  and understanding! Cant even ask for better service!

Don’t waste your time and money! She is dishonest, disrespectful and has terrible communication skills.

I was referred to Mr. Nick Noriea, which was a huge mistake, and he cares about two things. The first is himself, and the second is getting your money. Notice how neither of those things involve you, the client. He would almost never respond to text messages or emails. I think once I may have received a THUMBS UP 👍 as a response from a text, and that was it. Mrs. Tammy, who was also there, was super nice and seemed like a great person, but my review is for Mr. Nick Noriea who is an older man. If he doesn't want to represent people anymore, he should think about retirement and leave law work for attorneys who will properly handle things for a client. Below is a picture of him so you will know who not to hire. You honestly would be better representing yourself than having Nick represent you. It is sad that I left here feeling like I'd have better representation by having no representation than having Nick represent me. He should consider retirement as it is evident he has no real desire to practice law anymore. I am simply attaching a document as proof that I have been to this office and was supposed to be a client.

Tammy is absolutely awesome! She has helped me numerous times and always answering emails to help me understand or give information about my case. She is very knowledgeable. Her and her staff are with you each step of the way. I have suggested her to many and highly recommend!

I had an ex husband friends with his attorney he lived with at the time. Harassed by him..it was allowed..my ex husband got custody. Messed me up completely. Had to leave the state to find myself again I was truly scared and had no protection. Unfortunately Mrs. Tammy was very frustrated with my ex's attorney. I couldn't afford it after $10,000 spent. Professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable.

We hired Tammy for custody case. Ex-wife alienated children from father for past 7 years with overwhelming documentation to prove outcome. While case was pending in St. Tammany, ex-wife continued to alienate children from father and made several false allegations that were all denied by court. When ex-wife relocated to Texas without court approval while case was pending, Tammy attempted to persuade my wife and I to give ex-wife sole custody so she would not be held in contempt for relocating children without court approval. We refused and requested Tammy to file contempt motion for ex-wife relocating children without court approval. Tammy refused. We requested for Tammy to file motion for ex-wife to pay half of travel expenses. Tammy refused. We requested for Tammy to schedule final trial date. On day trial date was to be set, Tammy refused to accept any date court offered and informed Judge an agreement was made between parties -- which was completely false. Judge ordered that a signed agreement by both parties was required and must be filed within 30 days from that said date of entry. After meeting, Tammy sent us an email (no phone call) stating the court would mail final trial date within 10 days. From this moment forward Tammy avoided my wife and I. We looked up our case details online and learned that Tammy refused all court dates offered by court in minutes posted under case details. After this discovery, we immediately fired Tammy and proceeded with another attorney. Tammy is a divorcee and mother. We believe that she harbors ill feelings toward men in general; especially fathers that are seeking custody of their children due to parental alienation. If your case is strong and favorable, she will work against you by not following guidelines, time frames and will intentionally mislead you to accommodate your ex-wife. We do not recommend Tammy. If you do hire Tammy, follow your case closely online as a process and control to insure honesty. Filed complaint with State Bar of Louisiana.
