If yo I are the victim of an assault from someone with better financial position you will be sold out. The victim assistance and especially the ADA may tell you that they have proof of the crime and they are there to fight for you but unless you have the money I promise the ADA will sell you put. Do not trust the ADA or victim assistance individual who reaches out to you

Very prejudice and unfriendly individuals who will do what they feel they must to protect thier own with no regards to others.
