I contracted to work with this law firm off of the recommendation of a family member. I hired them to help me navigate the estate process for my great grandparents. Unfortunately, The people here were essentially not responsive. Keyojuan never drafted the lien paperwork we discussed and Travis hasn’t responded to my emails in months. I truly believe that if I didn’t continuously advocate for myself with this firm, nothing would’ve been done.

Follow up 8/1/24: I had to call in May as no one had called me back. They said they had sent a letter in December but had not heard back. After that, things started moving. I felt like if I didn’t call them, nothing got done…then they want to charge a 35% fee. They just do the minimum amount of work for maximum pay. They don’t follow up with anything unless you call them. I had a claim that took over a year and said they were calling me every month, which was not true. In December there was a check, but not for the full amount. They said they would be in touch…fast forward to June when I had to call them. They said they sent a letter but needed to follow up with the company. That should have been done a long time ago. I’ve only talked to the attorney 1-2 times and even when I got an email saying an attorney would call, they never called. I understand a business is busy, but how are you supposed to build a rapport with clients so they trust you? It’s just been a very unprofessional experience.

Very unprofessional. In dealing with one attorney I was handed off to another attorney who did not do the filings we originally agreed on regarding my cases. To make matters worst, the new attorney withdrew services in the middle of proceedings. I was made aware the day of court and was made to represent myself. Additionally, the firm did not respond to my calls or emails to resolve the matter. Huge amount of money lost that was invested to not receive the stipulations discussed & giving the opposing lawyer the upper hand. A total nightmare that continues as I attempt to fight this demon by myself & find new representation in time.
