“They never answer their phones. I have left messages multiple times and I recieved a call back like 3 days later.”

“I FINALLY talked to one of the receptionist and she was a lil rude and didn't help me out on bit. She told me that their office doesn't deal with my type of issues. I thought it was a LEGAL AID office. All I needed was someone to assist me with writing up an appeal. She didn't put no effort on even trying to direct me some where else.”
