Best law firm for car accidents

I really was hesitant to hire such a large firm to handle my case, worried I'd get a bit "lost in the shuffle" of things. That couldn't have been further from the truth - I've received wonderful personalized guidance from Russ and Victoria. They have been thorough, patient, prompt, and friendly through this entire ordeal and have made dealing with this whole situation so much easier. I cannot recommend them highly enough! If I ever need a lawyer for this type of situation again, I'd be calling them with no hesitation. They really seem like great people, not just a great legal team.

Working with Russ was such a wonderful experience! At the beginning, we had some difficulties because he and Victoria did not have my correct contact information for whatever reason but once we got that cleared up and he and my chiropractor were able to get my treatment bill settled, he moved forward as quickly and efficiently as he could and tried his best to get me the most out of the whole nightmare. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Not having to go back and forth with the insurance companies was the best part. I will absolutely get Gordon in the future because they got it done for me! I feel so blessed to have chosen such a wonderful firm to handle my case. Thank you all so very much!!

Russ and Victoria were difficult to work with. I started treatment 3 weeks after my accident because they never called to set me up for chiropractic treatment. I had to call and remind them. Victoria literally rushes you off the phone and has an unpleasant attitude. Russ doesn’t return calls or answer emails, you will have to call and leave him several messages. They make you feel incomplete when speaking with them about your case. I do not recommend this firm.
