I just had to share my experience with Ron Austin's law firm. It was such a pleasure speaking with Lydia Dixon. She was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough throughout our conversation. Unfortunately, great customer care/service has become the exception instead of the normal. Again, Kudos to Lydia for showing empathy along with her professionalism.

I like the staff I have spoken to at Ron Austin's Law. They are friendly, and one of the companies in the class action lawsuit I am involved in, is ready to payout and their office can't find out why I haven't been sent a claim to file yet. Idc about the logistics of all of it I want to get the paperwork finished to recieve the comoensation I have been approved for and been involved with this whole litigation from the beginning. I'm just disappointed is all.

Esperance at Mr. Ron, Austin‘s law firm was a very pleasant experience. Miss BB is one of the top attorneys that I can speak of did what she was supposed to do and made me very happy. Your experience at Mr. Ron Austin law farm will be very happy I will recommend anyone I know in a near future to sign up at his law firm, that is a law firm that you would love to deal with it and once again thank you very much Mr. Ron . PS. If you can deal with me as a client. Deal with anyone. Everyone had patients whenever I called and took care of my knees. ❤️
