Do not waste your money! Sara filled my head with things we would ask for in court and her ideas on how things would go- then when the hearing happened- Sara sat in the zoom court hearing and did pretty much NOTHING to the point where I texted her during the hearing asking if she was helping me at all! None of what we discussed or put in court papers was mentioned. She did NOTHING. Then just recently the apposing party filed court papers. Sara didn’t notify me AT ALL. I had to go online and pay to view the court documents that had been filed the month before prior. I asked if the document had been received and was lied to! She stated that she had not received them and service was slow. The document was EMAILED. Then the day of the court hearing, Sara was NO WHERE to be found. I was forced to handle the court hearing myself, got lucky and was given a continuance after explaining my attorneys short comings. (It’s pretty sad when a full court room gasps when hearing how she just disregarded her own client) After court I texted her letting her know that court had taken place and all I could get was that they were sorry for the inconvenience and “miscommunication” and that they received some documentation last week then they tried to inform me of the ew court date that I WAS THE ONE THAT SET IT with the judge. I questioned why I wasn’t informed and was told by her “legal assistant” that Sara was ill. Now after wasting my money on Sara, I have to get another attorney. Save yourself the headache and seek other counsel! This lady will take your money and leave you out to fend for yourself when the court date comes up.

Ignores your calls. Says she wants to help, but ghosts you.

There are a lot of attorneys in this town. Do yourself a favor, and find one who will actually work for you because this one does absolutely nothing for the client. Sweet on the surface, but that's as far as it goes. Doesn't return calls, doesn't send itemized bills when asked, and sure as heck doesn't fight for you in court. I've lost my granddaughter because Sarah Chouest did nothing to help.

Save your money. Super nice lady but not aggressive in a court room. Wasted 5 thousand dollars to get NOTHING accomplished. Now my situation is hopeless because all my money was wasted on this fiasco.

I have used Mrs. Chouest for legal opinion on several occasions as well as a notary public. Her advice was spot on and I was able to avoid having to take legal action by following her advice.

Sarah is a great attorney. She listened to my case and took the time to answer the many questions that I had. She was always there to answer the phone and help whenever I needed it.

Sarah is an AMAZING lawyer!! When I went to her with tons of info she went through it all and told me what she could use or not and may I add why! She is very sharp and smart! She can really put the FACTS in some peoples faces. She got back in touch with me in a timely fashion, if not right away. She didn’t charge me an arm and a leg she only charged me what was needed. When I told her my concerns (not knowing her the first time I met her) I thought she’d be like other lawyers and not put much effort into it but SHE DID, she also made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I feel like when you go threw something so stressful it’s nice to have someone there who’s passionate in what they do helping you through it.

After retaining Mrs Chouest she took immediate action in my case and got it handled as she said she would . Extremely knowledgeable with the law and does everything she says even with the courts being backed up still from Covid . I couldn’t be more happier . Just be patient and the results are there . Hands down the best lawyer I ever had .
