I've paid out my balance for my case and then they send me an invoice saying I owe money to them ...after going to the office and finalize everything when I had all my receipt for the service I've paid them for.. so of course I had an zero balance afterwards. They needs to pay close attention to the person who is handling accounts before they try to say you owe anything
