My automobile accident occurred in 8/2020. I immediately contacted Taylor & McDowell Law Firm and began working with Mrs. McDowell. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and worked diligently in the best interest of her client. The long process to settlement was due to opposing counsel. Taylor and McDowell Law Firm would be recommended and used again should the need arise.

I first called this place about two months ago. We scheduled a case consultation, and everything went great. They requested for me to send all my medical records, billing statements, etc. for them to review, and they would get back to me with more information soon. I have followed up multiple times for updates and have heard nothing. Every time I call, she says they will get back to me, but they don’t. Do not waste your time here.

The staff at this law firm are amazing. They showed my family and I much care, concern and patience from my first initial phone call until my family’s assistance was no longer needed. They were very supportive and flexible with our needs and answered the many questions we had and calls that were made to them were answered or returned within a reasonable time.
