Though my lawsuit has lasted for quite sometime, I was always able to count on Jerome Moroux and his team. I had doubts and times of concern, however Mr. Moroux always took the time to remedy the concerns and reassure me. The professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Moroux/his team was always at the highest level. I would also like to give a special thank you to Janey Derouen who worked tirelessly to always get me what I needed and answered all questions I had. As someone who does not live local to Louisiana they always did their best to make processes easier for me. I called for an attorney to deal with a car wreck I was in. My phone was broke in the wreck and my replacement phone, till I get a new one, is not receiving calls. I called 3 times to speak with my attorney and had to leave a message to return my call at a different number. I have yet to hear from anyone. It would be nice to know what, if any, progress has been made on my case. A lack of communication creates a lack of understanding. Looking forward to a better experience and hopefully a generous settlement for my injuries. When my experience dealing with this firm improves, I will then update this review to one that reflects my experience with them.
