For the past year I have been represented by Derek Aswell with Broussard, David, & Moroux. Since my first time speaking with him, all of my fears were put at ease, all questions answered in a very timely manner, and all worries seemed to vanish with my own situation. Derek has been transparent throughout this process. He’s worked diligently on my case while giving great communication every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine having a better lawyer to represent me.

One of the nicest law firms I've ever met! Had a sudden and serious work injury and Derek took my case, him and his team were very friendly and informative. Danielle, Jamie and Donna were very patient with me and my many questions throughout the entire (and annoyingly long) process of a workers comp Claim. Knowing everything after my case is settled, if I could go back in time I'd absolutely choose them over and over, they were available 24/7 for me, Derek even stayed up till almost 10PM on a midweekday just to type a few paragraphs to answer my questions about the case. they definitely put you at the top and get you through everything! If you don't wanna just be a number with one of the billboard guys, id completely recommend David and Broussard!!!
