Overall I feel my case took longer than it should have but it was due to the insurance companies and and their attorneys not working very quickly at all to resolve the issues and compensate me but I’m grateful to paralegal Megan for her meticulous work and dedication to trying to help me and also to My attorneys Jerome and Scott to get me compensated finally they were very fair through the whole process during and after my case was closed

Was not sure about getting an attorney, but this firm was recommended by a friend. Started off saying everything I wanted to hear so despite my hesitation of using an attorney I decided to go with Scott Richard. Unfortunately things fell by the wayside, could never get a call back, always got answering machine, just poor communication with me through out the case, am not happy with the service of this firm and unfortunately I wou l not recommend them to anyone.

Derek Aswell and his staff were very professional and helped me with my worker's compensation case. I was so stressed out before hiring them and they took control of everything easing my stress.
