I wanted information about forming an LLC. I explained why I was interested in applying for one, and Stephen took it from there asking and answering the questions needed to move forward. Once I made the decision to apply, Stephen and his staff worked in a very quick and professional manner to make it happen.

When seeking representation, I would definitely skip over this one. I tried contacting Kathy and left her my phone number and a brief message. That was MONTHS ago. I tried to contact her again and still haven’t heard a word back. But I’m not surprised, the assistant that answered the phone could barely make out any actual phrases that made sense and stumbled when asked for basic answers like: “when can I expect a response back?” Completely unprofessional and utterly incompetent as apparent in her response to this review below. Kathy doesn’t seem to understand proper grammar or the difference between an actual cease and desist vs threatening words typed on ugly letterhead. Consumers beware! Seek representation and legal advice elsewhere!
