I was injured at work 2yrs ago and was on long term disability through my company disability. It took four months to receive my short term disability payment and three months for my long term disability payments to start. I got frustrated and contacted Galloway Jefcoat and spoke to RJ. A few days later RJ called me and asked me to come in and speak with Rusty. I was pleasantly surprised after the first visit, I felt as if I had known him all my life. Anytime I had a question, I knew I could call or show up at the office and either Rusty, his Paralegal Renee Majors or his Associate Attorney Chris Purser would be available to answer my questions. The Receptionist, Ms. Angie was always polite and would make sure I was comfortable while waiting in the lobby.
