Some feedback regarding my recent experience with the team, in the hopes that it might help improve the hiring process for future candidates. I was hired by the firm despite lacking the specific experience required for the role, it became clear that my lack of experience impacted my ability to handle the responsibilities effectively. I understand that hiring decisions can be complex, but I believe that a more thorough assessment of a candidate’s experience and suitability for the role could prevent similar situations. Ensuring that new hires have the requisite skills and background for their positions not only supports the individual’s success but also contributes to the team’s overall effectiveness, this could prevent the candidates from investing time in positions where there is a mismatch in skills and requirements.
