Was not professional at all and everyone I know will now know how crooked she is. lol

We had the absolutely worst experience using Sam Winfrey! She completely butchered our case and stole our money. She never did anything we asked of her. Absolutely doesn’t know what she is doing. After we agreed upon a balance and put $2000 down and made monthly payments. Somehow our balance was almost doubled and we were told we missed 5 payments that we have proof we made so she got mad add dropped us as a client because she was in the wrong. We asked her to do certain things for our case for over 7 months and she never even got started on it. She is incompetent and a thief!

One of the worst attorneys that has somehow slipped through the cracks of the LA BAR rules and regulations. Shouldn’t be allowed to practice law, or even walk into a court room.

Sam gave me the attention and consideration that only comes from being a pro. As I explained the intricacies of my situation, she listened attentively, made suggestions that proved to be extremely helpful, and went above and beyond in following up to make sure I had been given the best information regarding my specific situation. 10/10 will always recommend Sam.

I was disappointed to see how she handles her clients. I was treated like an afterthought, and I felt like I was a nuisance when I had an issue to discuss. She has no time to be bothered by us-the people who pay her. She is very slow to respond-if she even does. I feel that her office staff is incompetent, and would carry on conversations with my ex-which I thought was unethical or at the very least a no-no. I wish I could afford to hire a different attorney as I’ve lost confidence in her. Look elsewhere if you feel you will need legal advice during your divorce and custody case. She is not the attorney for you.

Samara Winfrey made what could have been an ugly custody battle extremely easy! Her office is professional and she is very easy to talk to. I was always able to reach her with questions about my case and thanks to her outstanding mediation skills, I was able to settle on an agreement with my ex husband without even having to go to court. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for an attorney.

Sam truly cared about my case and my kids well being. The first lawyer I hired only cared about money and did nothing. Sam went up to bat for me several times and fought for me every step of the way. She got me what my other lawyer couldn’t. I would recommend her to anyone no matter what there situation. She is not just my lawyer anymore she is my friend because she treated me and my family like we was really her family.
