Have not used them but I saw their free youtube video. I highly recommend anyone going through a homeowner insurance claim to look up their youtube channel and watch that video. Especially if its wind, flood, or hurricane related I was referred to it by a friend. I feel way more confident going through my claim with my insurance company now.
